Catholic Women's League

The Catholic Women's League, known also as CWL, is a global organization united in friendship and love.

It strives to be a sign of hope and love, of harmony and reconciliation.

 

The objectives of the League are:

* To unite Catholic women in their service to God, the Church and the community
* To assist with parish work under the guidance of the parish priest
* To consolidate Catholic action among Catholic women in defence of Catholic principles
* To encourage the formation of strong and enlightened Catholic opinion and the diffusion of Catholic principles
* To engage in social welfare activities, such as care of the aged, family welfare and community work.

The CWL meet the third Wednesday of the month after the 8.30 Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church.
